Make government law and regulations works easier!

Crestec, a document service company providing technical writing services and on-demand printing services all over the world, has developed "Jourei-kun," a document system for, editing and managing government law and regulations databases effectively. Previously, Government officers updated much of the paper-based volume of government law and regulations word by word as new laws and regulations were enacted. The system uses XML as the document format, which enables the documents to be imported to a web accessible database. By using an editing environment in the system, users can easily edit or update only the contents they want to change. Moreover, the system automatically generates amendments, which are the new documents describing contents before and after editing, or comparative table. If you wanted, these documents could automatically be converted to other formats for publishing, printing and CD-ROM books. Also, the system enables people to access the government websites as soon as the latest government information is available. In this way, the system will decrease much of the costs used to update the contents manually. "Jourei-kun" helps make an effective government and provides faster delivery of government information to people through the pioneering use of XML and web accessible data bases.
